Service Description

Your private instruction can focus on any topic you desire! Performance preparations, spin flow, choreography, flexibility, strengthening and more! Jump start your movement journey with personalized and detailed lessons. Bookings are 60 minutes and include warm up, personalized class material and feedback, as well as goal setting and planning. A private booking can be shared by up to 3 people, so tell your friends! Bookings are only available Mondays from 6 - 8:30pm at The Mothership, 19 Church St.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us within 8 hours of your booking.
